Have you ever wanted to quit your job and go back to school? When I first thought about being a surgical tech, I had to consider if leaving a stable job at John Muir to pursue this dream would be worth it. We are a family of 5 and that included our new born son at the time. Alas, I decided, with the support of my husband, that I would take this leap of faith and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. CCMCC is nothing short of amazing, I went there to become a medical assistant, so I knew that it was a great school and I had to go back for the surgical tech program. From the beginning of this journey they provided all the resources and the tools to be successful in this field. I made great friends and the teachers are awesome. Through hard work and perseverance I was able to get a job in the midst of a pandemic. Thank you CCMCC Surgical Tech Program  for helping me make my dreams come true!
